Shipping’s commonly asked questions
How is the order shipped?
All shipments will be shipped via UPS Ground unless another shipment method is chosen at checkout. Our shipping charges are based on UPS published rate together with package weight and your location. Shipping charges can be calculated on the checkout page or with the shipping estimator before payment is processed.
UPS or Fedex will not deliver to PO Boxes, please order using a valid street address. Otherwise, the order will be returned to us and we will not be able to refund the shipping charges.
When will my order ship?
If an item is in stock, most non-personalized orders are shipped in 2-3 business days. For favors with personalized tags, personalized engraving, please allow 5-9 business days for processing. After the order has left our warehouse, UPS/Fedex will take 2-6 business days to deliver the order based on the customer’s location. We will try our best to notify our customers in advance when their order is an exception. If an item is out of stock or it is on pre-order, the estimated ship date will be stated on the item page. For personalized back-ordered items, please allow an extra 5-9 days to ship once the base item is back in stock.
Can my order be tracked?
Yes, we will send you a shipping notification email with UPS/Fedex tracking number once the order has been completed. Your order can also be tracked online through the ‘account’ section on PartyFairyBox.com. UPS/Fedex will also provide delivery information through email.
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
Currently, PartyFairyBox.com ships only within the continental U.S. We are looking to expand our shipping destination in the future.
Where are the orders shipped out from?
Most of our items currently ship out form warehouses located in the New York State.
I’ve given the wrong shipping address, please help!
If the order has just been placed and it is still within our facilities, please contact us immediately by email or by phone (626) 888-9332. There will be no charge to amend to the address if the products are still in our procession. Relax, if the order has already been shipped, we can still get it delivered to the correct address. However UPS or Fedex will charge an address correction fee enroute that is between $15 to $25, this will be billable to the customer’s credit card.
PartyFairyBox reserves the right to revise shipping charges based on the actual shipping charge assessed by UPS after the order has been received. However, we will communicate clearly with the customers of any shipping charge changes before the order is being processed.
